I read every one of these.
What to include
The more of this you can give me, the faster I can reproduce it:
- The app name and version (if applicable)
- Your device model and OS version
- A brief description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or a screen recording, which are optional but help a lot
Before you delete an app
My apps keep your work on your device. If something looks wrong or seems to be missing, don't delete and reinstall to troubleshoot, because that can erase it for good. Email me first. If you're worried about losing work, export it and keep the file somewhere safe.
Purchases and refunds
Paid for something that isn't showing up? Use the app's Restore purchase option, and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on. Restoring never charges you again. If that doesn't sort it out, email me the date of purchase and I'll help.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can change or cancel one in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple, so I have no way to issue one. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you purchased on.

For anything about data collection, retention, or deletion, start with the Privacy Policy, and if it doesn't answer your question, email me and I'll answer it directly.
