What to include
The more of this you can give me, the faster I can reproduce it:
- The app name and version (if applicable)
- Your device model and OS version
- A brief description of the issue and the steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or a screen recording, which are optional but help a lot
My fitness app specifically
The fitness app keeps your workouts on your device. If something looks wrong or data seems missing, don't delete and reinstall the app, because that removes anything that was only stored locally. Email me first, and if you've got a backup or a signed-in account, mention that too.
Storyboarder specifically
Storyboarder keeps everything on your device, with no account and no cloud backup. So don't delete the app to troubleshoot, because that erases your boards permanently. Email me first. If you're worried about losing work, export the board and keep the file somewhere safe.
Bought Unlimited Boards but the app still shows the paywall? Tap Restore purchase, which is on the paywall itself and in the app's Settings, and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on. It's a one-time purchase, so restoring never charges you again. If that doesn't sort it out, email me the date of purchase and I'll help.
Refunds are handled by Apple, so I have no way to issue one. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you purchased on.
