Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how I, Kobey Buhr ("I", "me", "my"), handle information when you use my apps and this website (collectively, the "Services").

Scope and Apps Covered

This policy applies to all apps that I publish and to this website. The statements below describe my general practices across apps. If a particular app has different data practices, I will add an app-specific note on this page and in that app.

Storyboarder

Storyboarder collects nothing. It has no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no networking code of any kind. Your boards, frames, notes, and images are stored only in the app's own storage on your device. Nothing is uploaded to me or to anyone else, and there is no account to create and no sync service involved.

Camera. If you choose to take a photo for a frame, the app asks for camera access at that moment. The photo goes straight into your board on your device.

Photos. When you add an existing image, you pick it through the system photo picker and only the images you select are copied into your board. The app is never given access to your photo library as a whole.

Sharing and export. Exporting a board hands the file to the standard iOS share sheet, and you choose where it goes. Whatever you send it to is covered by that app or service's own privacy policy, not this one.

Unlimited Boards purchase. The one-time Unlimited Boards purchase is processed entirely by Apple. Apple handles the payment and tells the app only whether the purchase exists for your Apple Account. I never receive or have access to your payment details, your name, or your email address. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Because nothing leaves your device, deleting the app deletes your Storyboarder data. Export anything you want to keep before you do.

RGB Color Guessing Game

This app displays non-personalized advertisements via Google AdMob. These ads are not based on your interests or browsing history, and the app does not track you. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect limited data (such as IP address) to serve and measure ads. I do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. If you email support, I will only use your message to respond to you.

Website

This website uses Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the site. Analytics providers may receive information such as page views, device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), and events (e.g., button clicks). How I Use Information

I use information (when provided, such as via email) to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, provide support, and communicate with you.

Data Retention

I retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. If an app collects no information at all (Storyboarder, for example), there is nothing to retain. If you email support, I keep your message only as long as needed to address your request.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact me at kobeydevapps@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

My Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Storyboarder and the RGB Color Guessing Game do not collect personal information from any users, including children. If you believe any personal information has been provided, contact support to request deletion.
